Well, I certainly didn’t expect to see this today! I know they’ve been priming Laurel all season to take Sara’s spot as the Black Canary, but The CW has decided we’ve waited long enough. Here are the two preview photos released today:

Laurel makes her first appearance as the Black Canary in episode 3.10, titled “Left Behind.”
So what do you think? Are you ready to see Laurel Lance take this big step forward, or are you still skeptical about her ability to pull it off? She’s at least pulling off the look, so that’s something.
You probably know my reaction, Alice. UGH. So, a few weeks boxing is enough for her to take over from a woman who was trained for years by the League of Assassins? Oooookaaay…. Not really anything else to say. 🙁
