Alaric is back from then dead!!! Oh yeah baby!  My deepest TV wish come true!  There is a Santa Claus!  

Come on, anyone that’s read my archive knows how much I’ve pined for Alaric and never forgave his death.  Heck, he was #1 on my “Dead Characters I Want Back On My TV Now!” list.  Now I can cross him off and start my tireless campaign for Bobby Singer!!!

Oh, but as I watched him console a distraught Elena, I instantly thought, there has to be a twist.  Will they kill Alaric just to get Damon and/or Bonnie back?  That’s when the most wonderful Robyn Ross at TV Guide made me break into my happy dance! It’s true!  Matt Davis will be a series regular for season six.  You can read all about it here:

Wow, just wow.  I still can’t believe my luck.  Can season six of The Vampire Diaries start tomorrow??  Geez, to think I blew off most of season five.  All is forgiven!!!
