Here’s some news that is hardly surprising, but it’s still news that makes us very happy here at TV For The Rest of Us. Person of Interest was renewed by CBS for a third season! Considering the show has actually grown in ratings in both demo and overall ratings, constantly winning it’s very difficult time period, CBS couldn’t deny this hit show.
As happy as we are, the announcement really came with in conjunction with renewal of other shows. 13 others. These nine shows join The Big Bang Theory, NCIS, CSI and How I Met My Mother So we also give congratulations to the following shows as well:

This becomes a game really of, “What shows are missing?” CSI: NY and Rules of Engagement are very likely done. Criminal Minds and Two and a Half Men are expected to return, but they’re in some tough negotiations right now. Vegas and Golden Boy are bubble shows, and their prospects are a total toss up at this point.
