The CW today released what many anticipated was going to happen with the character of Wally West, especially after he was hit with that blast wave in season two, that he would end up with speed powers. After all, Wally West is the third Flash in the comics, right? Of course season three is the Flashpoint season, so none of that matters. We just get a cool new superhero and a cool new costume no matter what the reason!
