Some really exciting news today from the TCA Winter Press Tour.  The CW presentation was today and they surprised everyone by handing out early renewals…to all their fall scripted shows!  This not only includes the heavy weights like “The Flash,” “Arrow,” “The Vampire Diaries,” and “Supernatural,” but the borderline shows too.  This doesn’t just mean that newbies that “The Flash” and “Jane The Virgin” get a second season, but “Supernatural” gets a staggering 11th season.  That is a CW record (previously “Smallville” went 10 seasons).

Below are the renewed shows:

The Originals (third season)
Jane The Virgin (second season)
The Flash (second seaso)
Supernatural (eleventh season!!!)
Arrow (fourth season)
The 100 (AWESOME!!! third season)
The Vampire Diaries (seventh season)
Reign (third season)

Also, The CW announced it’s spring schedule.  This is where The Messengers and iZombie get their shot!  Yes, they are premiering a new show on a Friday night.  Interesting choice, but there wasn’t much room else in the schedule.
